Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates, and a looper.
Appearance[]
Nami is a red-haired female of thin build, though like most females of her world, Nami is also rather busty (though this is only more evident as puberty continues over the course of the One Piece baseline).
History[]
When Nami began to loop is unknown, though she was not seen among the earliest reports of One Piece loopers.
Abilities[]
Thievery: Nami was first met by Luffy as a thief, and still to this day has these skills. However, unlike other thief loopers, she treats this more as a hobby than a life style.
Weather Manipulation and Sense: Nami has the uncanny ability to sense weather patterns, to the point some called her a witch for this ability. She later was able to use Clima-Tact staffs, invented by Usopp, to weaponize weather itself. At some point, she obtained a Trident of the sea god Posiedon from Percy's world, further enhancing her abilties here.
Magic: Nami was seen using magic, suggesting she was a Hogwarts student at some point.
Chakra: Nami has been shown to be able to use shadow clones.
Subspace Pocket: Like all loopers, Nami has a subspace pocket for storing objects, such as her trident, between loops.
Relations[]
Nami and her crewmates; while originally somewhat distant, Nami is now very close to her friends Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky and Brook. Harm any of them at one's own peril.
Gyro Zepelli (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure branch): She hates him more than most Loopers, as not only did he sleep with her mother, he left afterwards, allowing her baseline death to proceed without interference.
Dolores Umbridge (Harry Potter branch): Like most loopers, Nami despises the toad woman.
